So let's get started attaining the body we have all dreamed of having right now...

Step 1. If you are interested in the reserving your spot in my TeleClass coaching sessions, you will need to register and select the calendar link.

Step 2. After you have completed your registration and you have made it to the calendar page, you will see an area where you can reserve your position. If the class is full, the registered name will be removed and it will be noted in the description ;-) If you put your name on the waiting list and there is a cancellation you will be immediately notified, providing you are next in line for the coaching class.

Step 3. Even if you are not a coaching client, you may still post in the forum, however, you cannot join the TeleClasses. If you put your name on the list and you are not a coaching client, your name will be removed and you will be banned from the forum.

Step 4. Make sure you read the forum rules and abide by them when you post your messages.
